Mira Music Row

Mira is an intimate collection of just 25 residences planned for 1100 16th Avenue South, at the southern end of Nashville's Music Row where it meets Historic Edgehill Village. The building splits its homes across four distinct residence collections, including Garden Residences that open to private yards shaped by landscape berms. The architecture is sculptural, shaped to frame light and private outlooks rather than maximize floor plates, with Danish-inspired interiors in natural woods and private gardens running between the residences. It arrives in a Nashville cycle that otherwise runs to big glass towers, holding to neighborhood height on a street lined with magnolias and working recording studios.
