The Hoxton Nashville

The Hoxton Nashville marks the boutique British brand's sixth U.S. location and first in Tennessee — a ground-up development at 616 Ewing Street in the emerging Pie Town neighborhood. The 200+ room hotel is designed by Chicago-based GREC Architects in collaboration with Ennismore's AIME Studios, with four distinct dining venues: a restaurant, bar, and coffee shop integrated into the open-plan lobby, plus a rooftop poolside restaurant and bar with downtown views. The lower level features a speakeasy with late-night cocktails. The Apartment — a collection of private rooms around a communal kitchen — supports events and intimate gatherings. Developed in partnership with local investors Bryan Fort and Taylor Preston, who have spent nearly a decade assembling properties across Pie Town. The Hoxton is part of Ennismore's global hospitality portfolio. Anticipated 2027 debut.
