Developed by IPB Properties (the U.S. arm of Vancouver-based Bosa Properties) with general contractor Axiom Builders and designed by Nashville's HASTINGS Architecture, the three-tower community delivers nearly 1,200 rental residences alongside more than 70,000 square feet of locally inspired retail and a public plaza. The debut phase is a 26-story residential tower offering 326 studio-to-two-bedroom homes above ground-floor retail. Amenities span a rooftop pool and sun deck, fitness center, co-working space, social lounges, a golf simulator, a dog park and wash, and a podcast/recording studio.
