The Motley is a landmark mixed-use rental community rising in Midtown Nashville at 1401 Church Street, on the site of a former dairy factory. Developed by IPB, a subsidiary of Bosa Properties, and designed by Hastings Architecture with Axiom Builders as general contractor, the phased project will ultimately deliver roughly 1,200 residences across three towers, beginning with a 26-story first phase of 326 homes above ground-floor retail. Residents gain access to extensive amenities including a pool, fitness center, dog run and golf simulator, marking a bold new gateway to one of Nashville's fastest-growing districts.
