Sports Illustrated Resorts Nashville is the first fully branded property in the Sports Illustrated Resorts portfolio, operated by Travel + Leisure Co. under license from Authentic Brands Group. Set on Music Row roughly a mile from downtown Nashville and the Gulch, the resort holds 185 studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites, each with a full kitchen and in-unit laundry, created through a full renovation and rebrand of an existing Music Row property. Guest amenities are built around game day: an SI Fit gym, a sports bar, a game room, a pool deck programmed for watch parties and events, and an on-site sports concierge that arranges access to Nashville's professional and collegiate sporting calendar. The resort supports more than 75 jobs, with roughly 50 to 60 full-time staff across resort operations, sales and marketing.
