About the project

NoMad Singapore marks Hilton's first NoMad Hotels property in the Asia-Pacific region, scheduled to debut in early 2027. The 173-room luxury lifestyle hotel is being developed in partnership with UOL Group, a prominent Singapore-based property and hospitality company. Architecture is by WOHA, the renowned Singaporean firm known for sustainable and innovative designs. NoMad Singapore will sit on Orchard Road — Singapore's premier shopping and entertainment district — and forms part of UOL Group's broader Orchard Road development plans alongside the upcoming UPPERHOUSE luxury residences and the Pan Pacific Orchard hotel. The hotel will participate in Hilton Honors.
