About the project

The North Hills Innovation District (NHID) is a 33-acre mixed-use expansion in Midtown Raleigh designed to bring together technology, entrepreneurship, and thoughtfully integrated public open space. McCourt Partners joined the project as Kane Realty Corporation's development partner for the district's next phase, following a 28-acre expansion of the site. Together, the firms are advancing new residential and mixed-use development, including a high-rise residential tower and a mixed-use building that could incorporate hotel, residential, or office uses, with future phases featuring retail, trails, pocket parks, and community amenities. The district will ultimately combine office, residential, retail, hospitality, and extensive green space into a walkable, nature-integrated destination centered around innovation and community. Architecture is by Hickok Cole, with John Moriarty & Associates as general contractor.
