Its buildings range from Class A office and urban apartments to micro-retail and a two-story food hall, stitched together by a private greenway with pedestrian bridges and walkable trails along Big Branch Creek. Recent additions include Tributary, a mid-rise residential building by Hickok Cole with ground-floor retail, two courtyards, a digital content creation studio and a wellness center. A further expansion carries the district toward I-440 and Wake Forest Road with a planned residential high-rise and a mixed-use building.
