The Creamery reimagines the historic Pine State Creamery block in the heart of Glenwood South, Raleigh's densest dining and nightlife corridor, as a full mixed-use destination. Its centerpiece, the Highline Glenwood tower, is a slender residential high-rise that edges out its rivals to become the city's tallest residential building. The redevelopment preserves the original creamery structure while layering in more than 41,000 square feet of ground-level retail, restaurants, and entertainment plus a separate premier office building. Residences range from studios to three-bedroom penthouses with sweeping downtown views, served by amenities including a pool, fitness center, and a recreation room with a golf simulator. The design pairs a national roster — Morris Adjmi's contextual architecture, JDavis, and Clearscapes — to give the tower a crafted, boutique-luxury identity rather than a generic high-rise silhouette.
