Seaboard Station

Seaboard Station is Hoffman & Associates' mixed-use neighborhood on the north edge of downtown Raleigh, spread across roughly 6.7 acres between the historic Seaboard Railroad Station and William Peace University off Peace Street. The redevelopment has layered three apartment buildings, The Signal, The Point and The Miles, totaling 577 residences from studios to three-bedroom homes, lofts and townhouses, over a walkable grid of restaurants, shops and patios. A 149-room Hyatt House with a rooftop bar and restaurant anchors the hospitality side, and the existing retail buildings along Semart Drive are being renovated for new tenants including The Swing Bays indoor golf venue and The Common Market. The City of Raleigh has also approved a social district at Seaboard Station, letting visitors carry drinks between participating venues. Hoffman's project is separate from the taller residential towers Turnbridge Equities has planned on the historic train station site across Seaboard Station Drive.
