Oracle Campus

Oracle Campus is the technology giant's planned world headquarters in River North on Nashville's East Bank, an assemblage of more than 80 acres along the Cumberland River bordered by Cowan Street, Marine Drive and Waterside Drive. Developed by Oracle with Foster + Partners, the Mixed-Use campus arranges clusters of office buildings around a central water basin tied to the riverfront greenway, with more than two million square feet of workspace planned for thousands of employees. A public zone along Cowan Street brings a Nobu Hotel and signature Nobu restaurant, a retail strip and a new riverfront park, while a pedestrian bridge across the Cumberland River will link the campus to Germantown and downtown. The headquarters replaces a swath of former industrial and warehouse buildings that are being demolished to clear the site, making it the anchor of the East Bank's transformation into one of Nashville's largest new districts.
