Palm Harbor Club

Palm Harbor Club is a members-only waterfront club proposed for a city-owned site on North Flagler Drive in downtown West Palm Beach, on the Intracoastal Waterway beside Palm Harbor Marina. Related Ross is developing it with Leisure Resorts, the marina operator. The lower two floors hold retail and two ground-floor restaurants open to the public, while the upper floors and rooftop are reserved for members, with a rooftop pool, spa, fitness center and business center. Membership is expected to exceed five hundred and is pitched at a cross-section of artists, musicians, athletes and families.
