Julia Koch Family Ambulatory Care Center

The Julia Koch Family Ambulatory Care Center is an eight-story outpatient medical tower rising at 324 Datura Street, on the corner of South Dixie Highway in Downtown West Palm Beach, Florida. Developed by NYU Langone Health and made possible by a $75 million gift from the Julia Koch Family Foundation, the building replaces a four-story office building on the 0.6-acre site, with core and shell design by Arcadis, interiors by Perkins&Will and construction management by Suffolk. Roughly 77,000 square feet of clinical space consolidates primary and specialty care, including cardiology, dermatology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, gynecology, neurology, orthopedics and urology, alongside full-service radiology and imaging, ambulatory surgery operating rooms, endoscopy suites, recovery bays, bariatric services and physical therapy, set above structured parking and topped by a landscaped roof deck. With space for roughly 50 physicians and about 200 staff, it is designed to serve some 150,000 patient visits a year, dramatically expanding NYU Langone's clinical footprint in Palm Beach County.
