Julia Koch Family Ambulatory Care Center

The Julia Koch Family Ambulatory Care Center is a purpose-built, eight-story, 77,000-square-foot medical tower rising at 324 Datura Street in downtown West Palm Beach, on the southeast corner of Datura Street and South Dixie Highway, just across the bridges from Palm Beach. It is NYU Langone Health's flagship Florida facility, made possible by a transformative $75 million gift from the Julia Koch Family Foundation — believed to be a record donation to a Palm Beach County health care provider. NYU Langone, which first opened Palm Beach County offices in 2017 to serve its many New York patients who winter in Florida, acquired the property for $33 million and is building the center to dramatically expand its regional care as the county's population grows, particularly with arrivals from the Northeast. The state-of-the-art facility will house space for about 50 physicians and serve an estimated 150,000 patients a year across more than a dozen specialties, including internal medicine, primary care, cardiology, oncology, orthopedics, pulmonary, gynecology, bariatrics, neurology, and pain management. It will also offer full-service radiology and imaging, two operating rooms for ambulatory surgery, two endoscopy suites, and eight physical therapy bays, employing roughly 200 people. The center is expected to open in 2026, anchoring NYU Langone's growing South Florida network alongside the renamed downtown location at 101 North Clematis Street.
