Raemian REVIR Seongsu

Raemian REVIR Seongsu is Samsung C&T's flagship rebuild of Seongsu Strategic Redevelopment Zone 3, a 114,193-square-metre riverfront site in Seongdong-gu between Seoul Forest and Seongsu Station. Foster + Partners leads the master plan and exteriors, shaping eleven towers that climb to 72 floors, with a 250-metre crown tower and facades modelled on the ripples of the Han River; SWA handles the landscape. Foster's view-analysis tools set the tower placement so that 1,216 of the 2,203 homes face the river and 995 see it from every room, topped by 24 REVIR Suite penthouses. The amenity programme runs to more than 41,000 square metres, including Club Riverfront, a 55-metre sky bridge with a panoramic pool and lounge, a sunken Club REVIR with golf and a second pool, and a central plaza of roughly 52,900 square metres. It replaces a low-rise neighbourhood of villas and small apartment blocks on the Seongsu riverfront.
