Foster + Partners designed the scheme as a pair of slender glass towers of 34 and 42 storeys rising from a landscaped base with a central garden, retail, offices and residences, with views toward KAFD, New Murabba and the Avenues. The Raffles takes 230 keys, while the second tower is planned as a 250-key Sofitel extended-stay residence. Which tower holds Raffles has not been published, so floors records the taller tower.
