Bromley Companies, the developer behind the 1.8-million-square-foot Midtown Tampa, would build a new academic home for Stetson Law alongside a 300-key hotel, roughly 664 to 670 apartments, about 440,000 square feet of offices and around 37,500 square feet of shops and restaurants arranged around landscaped plazas and fountains.
