The Paramount is a 60-story mixed-use tower on Church Street in downtown Nashville, developed by Giarratana Development and set to become the tallest building in Tennessee. A faceted zigzag facade scatters daylight across its full height and terminates in a crown of five downward-pointing triangular elements, above a program that pairs rental apartments with for-sale condominiums over a structured parking podium and ground-floor amenities. Residents will have private access to a Music City Loop tunnel station connecting the building directly to the airport and Lower Broadway.
