The Paramount
The Paramount is a 60-story mixed-use tower on Church Street in downtown Nashville, developed by Giarratana Development and set to become the tallest building in Tennessee, at 1010 Church Street with 500 residences, under way since September 2025 and set to finish in May 2028. Financed with $340M from Benefit Street Partners in August 2025.
One- to four-bedroom residences of 975 to 4,664 square feet. 12 penthouses, the largest 4,664 square feet. A faceted zigzag facade scatters daylight across its full height and terminates in a crown of five downward-pointing triangular elements, above a program that pairs rental apartments with for-sale condominiums over a structured parking podium and ground-floor amenities. Residents will have private access to a Music City Loop tunnel station connecting the building directly to the airport and Lower Broadway.
Giarratana recorded 48 presales by the end of 2025, about 34% of the tower's 140 condominiums.
