The St. Regis Nashville and The Residences at The St. Regis Nashville is a planned 46-story, roughly 651-foot luxury hotel and branded-residence tower at 805 Demonbreun Street in downtown Nashville's SoBro district, beside Turnberry's JW Marriott Nashville, with 182 residences and 179 hotel keys.
Developed by Turnberry and designed by Morris Adjmi Architects with interiors by Yabu Pushelberg, the tower pairs a 179-room St. Regis hotel with 182 residences, including for-sale condominiums and furnished residences serviced by the hotel. Owners and guests share the St. Regis signature butler service and amenity floors in a slender tower that brings Marriott's most formal luxury flag to Music City, steps from Bridgestone Arena, the Country Music Hall of Fame and the Music City Center.
Nashville's Metro Planning Commission signed off on the 46-story St. Regis concept plan at 805 Demonbreun Street, covering 179 hotel rooms, 141 condominiums, 40 furnished residences, roughly 25,000 sq ft of retail and a 230-space garage.
