Official WebsiteThe St. Regis Nashville rises forty-six stories above Demonbreun Street as a contemporary Art Deco tower whose facade of cast cementitious and masonry panels carries a distinctive radial articulation — a motif of unfurling, semi-inverted columns that nods to the historic Frist Art Museum directly across the street. Designed by New York's Morris Adjmi Architects around a "tower in a garden" concept, it layers tiered plantings and landscaped terraces up the building to create a verdant, sculptural presence on the skyline. Inside, the program blends a St. Regis hotel with furnished branded residences and for-sale condominiums on the upper floors, served by hallmark St. Regis butler service, a full-service spa, indoor and outdoor pools, two amenity decks, a fitness center, a golf simulator and residential lounges. Dining and gathering spaces include a signature restaurant overlooking Demonbreun, a lobby bar and double-height ballrooms, with retail at street level and below-grade parking connected to the neighboring JW Marriott. Completing Turnberry's "Marriott block," the tower stands among the tallest in Nashville, fusing Southern hospitality with world-class luxury.
