The towers rise 47, 29 and 28 stories, with the tallest at about 525 feet, and add 1,475 residences, ground-floor retail and a garage of about 1,870 spaces. Hastings is the architect and Hawkins Partners the landscape architect, and the plan includes upgrades to the greenway. Metro's Downtown Code design review committee approved the concept plan.
