Designed by Hastings, it pairs a 28-story office tower of about 750,000 square feet with a 41-story tower of 350 residences and hotel space, a six-story building at 1010 Broadway, about 22,800 square feet of retail and a garage of nearly 2,000 spaces. Metro's Downtown Code design review committee approved bonus height for the project, and Highwoods has said it would not start the office tower without a tenant.
