Developed by Related Urban Development Group on a 99-year ground lease with Miami-Dade County and designed by CFE Architects, the roughly $200 million project is among the largest deeply affordable developments in Miami and one of the marquee ground-up builds advanced under Florida's Live Local Act. Of its 428 residences, 397 are reserved for households earning between 20 and 80 percent of area median income and 31 for households up to 120 percent AMI, with 83 apartments set aside for residents with special needs. Sited on a 2.86-acre parcel, the tower pairs its homes with a 4,400-square-foot community center, a resident fitness center, a pool deck, grilling stations and roughly 410 covered parking spaces, delivering service-enriched housing steps from the region's largest concentration of hospitals and medical employers.
