Eighty-three of the homes are designated as Link Units reserved for residents with special needs. Apartments feature quartz countertops, luxury vinyl tile flooring, porcelain tile in bathrooms, walk-in closets in two-bedroom units, and Energy Star-rated appliances including in-unit washers and dryers.
