About the project

The Ursa rises at 30 NE 39th Street, facing North Miami Avenue at the gateway to the Miami Design District, as the submarket's first Class A+ office building. Designed by Arquitectonica with the studio of artist Daniel Arsham, the 19-story tower pairs roughly 236,600 square feet of office space with about 15,800 square feet of ground-floor high street retail and around 390 on-site parking spaces. First proposed by Craig Robins' Dacra in 2022, the project was revived in 2026 with BH3 Management as a partner, adding a neighboring parcel.
