Sweetbird North is an eight-story office and retail building in Miami's Design District, developed by Miami Design District Associates with Raycliff Capital and designed by Snøhetta. A double-skin facade sets a glazed curtain wall behind a sculptural stainless steel mesh screen that wraps the building in an undulating outer envelope, managing solar heat gain while giving the block a shifting, woven surface. Retail occupies the ground and second floors, with creative-industry office space on levels three through eight.
