A 0.39-acre site. A double-skin facade sets a glazed curtain wall behind a sculptural stainless steel mesh screen that wraps the building in an undulating outer envelope, managing solar heat gain while giving the block a shifting, woven surface. Retail occupies the ground and second floors, with creative-industry office space on levels three through eight.
Atria Health Research leases 55,000 sq ft across floors three to five; 26North Partners and Raycliff Capital each take a floor.
