Official WebsiteKempinski Residences Miami Design District marks the storied European hospitality brand Kempinski's first branded residential project in the United States, rising at 3801 and 3883 Biscayne Boulevard at the gateway to Miami's Design District. Developed by DaGrosa Capital Development Partners with architecture by Arquitectonica and interiors by Rockwell Group, the development pairs two 20-story towers — 132 residences in all, just four homes per floor — connected by an elevated third-floor amenity bridge, alongside six townhomes and resident-only guest suites. The wellness-forward amenity program spans a spa and recovery suite, lap pool, cold plunge, infrared and steam saunas, an outdoor training terrace, a restaurant with terrace dining, a library with wine and game lounges, a screening room, and golf and Formula 1 simulators, with landscape design by Enea.
