Kempinski Residences Miami Design District marks the U.S. debut of Kempinski's standalone branded residences, rising at the gateway to the Miami Design District at 3801 and 3883 Biscayne Boulevard. Developed by DaGrosa Capital Development Partners with architecture by Arquitectonica, interiors by Rockwell Group, and landscape design by Enea, the project comprises twin 20-story towers holding 132 private residences alongside six townhomes and 17 guest suites reserved for owners. Homes range from two to four bedrooms with interiors of roughly 2,100 to 3,700 square feet, set steps from the district's flagship boutiques, galleries, and restaurants.
