115 NE 2nd Street is a proposed 56-story multifamily tower in Fort Lauderdale's Flagler Village, filed by NE 2nd Holdings LLC, an affiliate of New York-based Arosa Developers, on a three-parcel assemblage it has under contract. Designed by Fort Lauderdale's FSMY Architects, it would hold 696 residences from studios to three-bedrooms, each with a balcony, floor-to-ceiling windows and ceilings over 10 feet, plus 7,400 square feet of ground-floor commercial space beside the lobby and 696 parking spaces. Amenities include a rooftop pool on level 56, a second pool on level 10, an outdoor bar and multiple terraces. The podium mixes faceted concrete, white stucco, geometric glass and green walls, and the tower carries geometric facade patterns in white, grey and brown stucco. At more than 100 feet taller than the 542-foot Andare Residences, it would be the tallest building proposed in Fort Lauderdale, surpassing the 608-foot 315 NE 3rd Street proposal. Fifield Properties proposed a 495-foot tower on the site in 2022.
