37 West 66th Street is a 25-story residential building planned by Extell Development on Manhattan's Upper West Side, rising 355 feet on the block Extell assembled from ABC's former studio and office campus in Lincoln Square. The roughly 384,962-square-foot mixed-use tower holds 158 residences above ground-floor retail and two cellar levels, replacing a 14-story structure cleared from the site. Its facade is drawn in warm limestone around a grid of floor-to-ceiling windows, with cutout corner balconies, stepped upper setbacks lined by terraces, and an Art Deco-inspired crown that reads as a deliberate nod to the prewar masonry towers that shaped this stretch of the West Side. The building sits immediately east of Extell's planned 1,198-foot tower at 80 West 67th Street, and together the two form the residential core of one of the largest single-owner redevelopment sites on the Upper West Side, a short walk from Lincoln Center and Central Park.
