Rising on the block between East 58th and 59th Streets, it is the first new premier office building in the district in decades, planned as an all-electric, LEED Platinum, carbon-neutral workplace. Column-free floorplates are shaped to maximize Central Park views, and a sixth-floor club adds a multipurpose room, executive boardrooms and private dining. General Atlantic anchors the building with its global headquarters across five floors.
