80 West 67th Street is a proposed 86-story residential supertall rising on the former ABC campus block on Manhattan's Upper West Side, developed by Extell Development. Reaching roughly 1,198 feet, the slender tower would stand as the tallest building in the Lincoln Square neighborhood, spanning more than 1.2 million square feet and yielding around 430 residences with generously scaled full- and half-floor layouts averaging well over 2,700 square feet. Its position steps from Central Park, Lincoln Center and Central Park West places residents at the cultural heart of the West Side, with sweeping park and skyline views from the upper floors.
