566 West Van Buren is a 12-story, 199-unit apartment building rising on a former surface parking lot in Chicago's West Loop, at the edge of Greektown. Developed by Riverside Investment & Development and designed by Antunovich Associates, the project includes 42 parking spaces and ground-level amenities. As of June 2026 the foundation is complete, the tower crane is installed and concrete columns are forming, marking the start of vertical construction. Delivery is targeted for early 2027.
