About the project
ATX Tower is a 58-story mixed-use high-rise in the heart of downtown Austin at Sixth and Guadalupe. Roughly 425,000 square feet in all, it stacks 369 luxury rental residences — studios, one- and two-bedrooms across floors 22 through 54 — above more than 100,000 square feet of Class A office space and ground-floor retail. A crowning tier and multiple floors of resident amenities, including a pool deck, lounges and workspaces, top the slender glass tower, adding a signature form to the city's fast-rising skyline.
