The tower's residential component is branded Bosque Residences at Waterline, comprising 352 units ranging from one- to three-bedroom homes, marketed under the tagline "Naturally Connected" for its integration of architecture and nature within the high-rise. Residences are bathed in natural light and framed for far-reaching city and park views, with access to the building's onsite amenities. 1 Hotel Austin occupies the tower's base at 96 Red River Street, with office and retail space rounding out the mixed-use program.
