The Travis

The Travis is a luxury high-rise development rising on the eastern edge of downtown Austin near the Rainey Street District, conceived by Genesis Real Estate Group with architecture by GDA Architects. The project centers on a residential tower of roughly 423 apartments complemented by a companion tower combining a hotel with for-sale condominiums, knitting living, hospitality, and street-level retail into a single vertical address. Floor-to-ceiling glass, private terraces, and resort-style amenity decks orient residents toward views of Lady Bird Lake and the downtown skyline, while the ground plane activates one of the fastest-growing pockets of the urban core.
