Luminary

Luminary is a 35-story luxury condominium tower in downtown Austin, rising at 400 West 14th Street and Guadalupe on the northwest edge of the central business district, within walking distance of the Texas Capitol grounds. The tower is developed by Northland Properties through its U.S. arm Northland Living and designed by Austin-based architecture firm Page, and it brings 286 for-sale residences to a downtown Austin market that had gone roughly three years without a new condominium tower opening sales. The unit mix spans compact city-view homes priced under $1 million to upper-floor residences above $3 million, with layouts oriented toward the Capitol and the University of Texas campus to the north and east and the Hill Country to the west. As one of the few high-rise condominium offerings in central Austin, Luminary is positioned as a for-sale alternative in a downtown skyline that has been dominated by rental and office development.
