Capella Residences Seoul is Capella Hotel Group's first branded residential address in South Korea, a collection of roughly 30 homes set within Heonin Village in Naegok-dong, Seocho-gu, on the wooded southern edge of Gangnam. Developed with Heonin Town Development, the project sits inside a 185,000 square metre estate wrapped in mature forest, an unusual condition for Seoul that lets the residences trade tower density for low-rise privacy while remaining minutes from the Gangnam business district and Heonilleung's royal tombs.
