EDGE Collective II
EDGE Collective II is the second phase of PTM Partners' mixed-use EDGE Collective on the 1100 block of Central Avenue, whose first phase brought the 163-key Moxy hotel and a renovated retail building to the EDGE District.
1100 Central Avenue, St. Petersburg. 20 floors and 330 residences. Broke ground 2026.
The new 20-story tower rises at the northwest corner of 11th Street South and 1st Avenue South with about 330 Class AA rental residences and roughly 19,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space. Its signature move is a network of mid-block paseos and arcades that cut through the block between Central Avenue and 1st Avenue South, shaded by planted terraces and lined with storefronts. A previously planned six-story companion building was dropped from the scheme. The tower replaces the former Dr. BBQ restaurant and a row of small commercial buildings, and is financed by a $125 million construction loan from a GID affiliate.
