Janu Turks & Caicos marks Aman Group's first Caribbean project and the fifth destination for the contemporary sister brand to Aman (after Janu Tokyo's 2024 debut and Janu Dubai). Set on the northwest edge of Providenciales bordering Northwest Point Marine National Park — an 18,000-acre protected expanse known for white-sand beaches, rocky coves, and rich marine ecosystems. The development pairs a beachfront Janu hotel with a collection of branded private residences, with open-air architecture and organic materials emphasizing connection to the surroundings. Amenities include a Beach Club, several culinary venues, a Spa & Wellness Center, and a 50-meter swimming pool — all designed around Janu's social wellness ethos.
