Residences at Palm Beach West

Residences at 464 Fern Street, also known as Residences at Palm Beach West, is a 25-story luxury condominium tower planned by Related Ross, the firm led by Stephen Ross, on a full 2.64-acre block in downtown West Palm Beach bounded by South Dixie Highway, South Quadrille Boulevard, and Fern and Gardenia streets, the former Russo's site. Designed by Roger Ferris + Partners and rising about 316 feet, the tower is planned with 194 two- to four-bedroom residences, roughly 4,300 square feet of ground-floor commercial space and structured parking. The project expands Ross's downtown portfolio alongside longtime site partners 13th Floor Investments, Wexford Real Estate Investors and L&L Holding Company, and sits minutes from CityPlace, the Intracoastal waterfront and the Brightline station at the center of the city's Wall Street South district.
