Ross assembles a downtown block Apr 2026Related Ross paid $55 million for the full 2.2-acre parcel at 415, 417 and 421 South Dixie Highway, buying out a Wexford, 13th Floor and L and L partnership. The block is a tear-down, best known as the home of Russo's sub shop until it closed in 2016, and the yet-to-be-named tower is planned at 100 to 130 condominiums, Ross's fourth condo project in West Palm Beach.
