The Millbank Tower Redevelopment is the Reuben Brothers' mixed-use conversion of the Grade II-listed Millbank Tower, one of London's first skyscrapers, on the Thames Embankment in Westminster beside Tate Britain. Designed by John McAslan + Partners, the scheme raises the main tower by three storeys to 36 and adds a floor to its lower neighbour, reworking the former office complex into 207 luxury apartments, many with private gardens, and a 150-key five-star hotel. Plans include a publicly accessible sky bar on the 34th floor, several restaurants, a three-floor cultural centre, and a gym, spa and swimming pool across two basement levels, all set among the heritage landmarks of Westminster with sweeping river views toward the Houses of Parliament.
