Charlotte-based Asana Partners is reworking The Arboretum at 10000 Research Boulevard with Austin's Michael Hsu Office of Architecture, which is designing both the renovation and a new 13,600-square-foot restaurant and retail building along Great Hills Trail.

The plan reconfigures common areas for live music, pop-up retail and community programming, adds patios for outdoor dining, improves connections and wayfinding across the site and installs new storefront signage. Existing tenants include The Cheesecake Factory, Pottery Barn, Barnes & Noble, Amy's Ice Creams and Juliet Italian Kitchen, and Jetset Pilates and skincare company Peachy have signed leases.
