The Heritage at Broadway restores and expands the four-story former Old Spaghetti Factory building at 160 2nd Avenue North, damaged in the December 2020 Christmas Day bombing, into a six-story, 70,000 square foot building.

T2 Capital Management is adding 50 for-purchase condominiums, all eligible for short-term rental, over about 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, with an existing underground garage below. The building faces the Cumberland River and Nissan Stadium from the riverfront end of Second Avenue.
