The Parcel C1 hotel is the 600-key full-service anchor of The Fallon Company's 30-acre Eastpoint district on Nashville's East Bank, rising beside the new Nissan Stadium and designed by HKS.

The plan includes 75 suites, 20,000 square feet of retail and 35,000 square feet of event space, an outdoor terrace with a pool on the fourth level, three levels of underground parking with about 500 spaces, and a distinctive structural element at the top of the building housing a food and beverage concept. Brasfield & Gorrie is the general contractor. The hotel brand, a public company, has not yet been announced, and Metro must deliver water, sewer, electric and gas infrastructure before construction can begin. At 600 rooms it would rank as the third-largest hotel in downtown Nashville.
