Rising 386 feet, it is set to become the largest office building in the city's downtown core, with 456,000 square feet of workspace above 15,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. Designed by Elkus Manfredi Architects with Leo A Daly, the tower wraps its floor plates in a grid of terracotta, metal, and glass that echoes 360 Rosemary, Related's neighboring 20-story office building whose tenants include Goldman Sachs, BlackRock, Elliott Management, and Point72. The site plan adds a new connector road parallel to the Brightline tracks between Evernia Street and Fern Street, plus a partially covered pedestrian promenade along the east facade linking Brightline's downtown West Palm Beach station to The Square, the district formerly known as CityPlace, placing the tower at the center of the city's growing finance and transit corridor.
