Developed by Michael Stern's JDS Development Group, the tower is designed by Studio Sofield with ODP Architects as architect of record, and rises on a half-acre site that previously held a seven-story office building, demolished to make way for the project. Plans call for 259 fully finished, turnkey residences layered with a hospitality program and roughly 115,000 square feet of amenities, with interiors, finishes and furnishings drawn from the Dolce&Gabbana Casa design language of Italian craftsmanship, rich materials and bold pattern. The supertall would rank among the tallest residential towers in Miami, positioned on Brickell Avenue steps from Mary Brickell Village, Brickell City Centre and Biscayne Bay.
