Official WebsiteAria Reserve is a twin-tower luxury condominium development on five acres of Biscayne Bay waterfront in Miami's Edgewater neighborhood — twin 62-story glass towers rising approximately 649 feet, set to become the tallest waterfront residential twin towers in the United States. Together the towers deliver 782 condominium residences across 547 linear feet of water frontage, behind an iconic zig-zag facade pattern designed to read as twin sinuous curves rising from bay to sky. The South Tower opened in 2025 and the North Tower follows in 2026. Floor categorizations include Panoramic Residences on floors 3–50 (10-foot ceilings), Skyview Residences on floors 51–56 (11-foot ceilings), Penthouses on floors 57–59, and three Tri-Level Penthouse Mansions on floors 60–62 — seven-bedroom three-story residences ranging from 7,790 to 8,385 square feet, each with a private rooftop terrace, summer kitchen, and private pool. Every residence features two private elevators, a dedicated office or bonus room, flow-through layouts with east- and west-facing waterfront views, and 11-foot-deep outdoor terraces. The amenity program spans more than two acres of indoor and outdoor space — a semi-Olympic pool, full-service spa, fitness and yoga studios, tennis and basketball courts, children's play zones, screening rooms, co-working lounges, a private marina component, a luxury bayview restaurant, a dog park, meditation deck, and podium and bayfront decks tied into the Miami Baywalk, anchored by a residents-only sky lobby with wine cellar and business center.
