Aria Reserve

Aria Reserve is a twin-tower luxury condominium development on five acres of Biscayne Bay waterfront in Miami's Edgewater neighborhood — twin 62-story glass towers rising approximately 649 feet, set to become the tallest waterfront residential twin towers in the United States. Together the towers deliver 782 condominium residences across 547 linear feet of water frontage, behind an iconic zig-zag facade pattern designed to read as twin sinuous curves rising from bay to sky. The South Tower opened in 2025 and the North Tower follows in 2026.
