Developed by the Melo Group and designed by Arquitectonica, its two 62-story towers together deliver 782 residences and are marketed as the tallest waterfront residential twin towers in the United States. Interiors are by MORADA Haute Furniture Boutique with landscape design by ArquitectonicaGEO, set across a five-acre resort-style amenity deck, the South tower delivered and occupied while the North tower completes along the bay.
First of the two 62-story towers is delivered and occupied: the South Tower completed and was cleared for occupancy in June 2025 with closings underway, while the North Tower and its 399 residences were reported nearly complete in April 2026 and on track for a summer 2026 delivery.
