B Residences Miami

B Residences Miami is a Breitling-branded luxury condominium tower planned for Brickell, Miami's financial district, and the Swiss watchmaker's flagship residential project. It is being developed by Partners Group, which owns Breitling on behalf of its clients, together with its real estate platform Empira Group, on a site of more than one acre described as one of the last remaining prime central development parcels in Brickell. Arquitectonica is designing the 70-story tower, which will hold more than 300 for-sale residences, topped by penthouses with double-height living spaces and private pools. Amenities center on a 45,000-square-foot, two-level private B Social Club, alongside rooftop pools, a private fitness center and concierge service.
