Bugatti Residences Miami is the French hypercar marque's first branded residential tower in the United States, a 60-story condominium rising on the Miami River at 75 SW Miami Avenue Road in Brickell, steps from Brickell City Centre, with 183 residences, set to finish in 2028. Financed with $50M from Vaster in August 2026.

Developed by Miami-based Prosper Group with Belgium's Versluys Group, the roughly $650 million tower holds 183 residences, including four signature penthouses, designed by Brandon Haw Architecture with ODP Architects and interiors by Yabu Pushelberg. The roughly one-acre site carries more than 300 feet of river frontage with direct water access to Biscayne Bay, and Rhodium, the Monaco-backed luxury operator, serves as the global residential partner delivering butler-serviced, hotel-style living. Amenities include a rooftop pool and fitness center, pairing a quiet riverfront address with the shopping, dining and nightlife of the Brickell core.
