About the project

Chengjian Meiyuan is a 407-metre supertall conceived by Woods Bagot as a "Crown of the Greater Bay Area" and a new portal for Shenzhen. A single sweeping, curved elevation stacks high-rise offices above low-rise apartments across roughly 462,000 square metres of mixed-use space that also folds in retail, education, and community programs. A U-shaped circulation system knits the towers and retail podiums together, with connectivity, accessibility, and sustainability driving the master plan. Rising at the meeting point of the city's new-industry and innovative-finance belts, it is engineered as a landmark gateway on the northern skyline.
