The centerpiece is a roughly 407-meter, 83-story supertall pairing high-rise offices with lower-level apartments, joined by a cluster of shorter towers and a civic base that knits together retail, offices, residences, and community space around landscaped public realm. Its sculptural crown and layered massing are conceived to optimize daylight, views, and land-use efficiency while creating a new skyline signature for one of Shenzhen's original commercial hearts.
