The hotel is positioned for both business travelers drawn to China's first Special Economic Zone and technology hub on the Pearl River Delta and leisure guests exploring the city's growing artistic, architectural, and culinary scene, with easy access to the Qianhai area, the Shenzhen–Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone, and the Shenzhen Bay Sports Centre.
