The Shenzhen Cloud of Innovation Center is a 407-meter supertall anchoring a vast urban-renewal megablock in Luohu, a bid to restore the glory of Shenzhen's original central business district. Designed by Woods Bagot and billed as the new Crown of the Greater Bay Area, the curved landmark tower gathers Grade-A offices and upper-level residences, while a sweeping U-shaped retail and civic podium weaves shopping, education, and community spaces around its base. Framed by nearby mountains and parks, the scheme is conceived as a vertical civic center rather than a single office block, balancing high-rise workspace with lower-rise apartments for density and livability. Its sculpted, tapering crown gives Luohu a decisive new skyline signature. The complex spans roughly 570,000 square meters across the renewal district.
