Discovery Dunes

Discovery Dunes is the first Middle East community from Discovery Land Company, the American developer behind some of the world's most private golf-and-lifestyle clubs, laid out across roughly 600 acres in the golf district of Dubai South. At its centre is an 18-hole championship course by Tom Fazio — the designer's first in the region — run without a tee-time policy, so members play on arrival. The gated, invitation-only community is capped at fewer than 340 homes and memberships, comprising customisable Dune Villas of roughly 6,900 to 14,870 square feet plus Estate, Signature and Lifestyle land plots ranging from about 22,667 to 73,119 square feet. Some 84 per cent of the site is given over to open space, golf and greenery. Beyond the course, the club programme extends to a wellness centre and spa, an equestrian centre, an organic farm, an adventure park and kids' club, tour-level practice facilities and a trail circumnavigating the property, with Discovery's signature Outdoor Pursuits programme organising member adventures. The site sits a short drive from Al Maktoum International Airport and Expo City Dubai.
