Olympia London

Olympia London is a 14-acre cultural quarter in West Kensington, where Heatherwick Studio and SPPARC have transformed the capital's Victorian exhibition halls into a mixed-use destination for west London. Developed by Yoo Capital and Deutsche Finance International, the GBP 1.3 billion regeneration wraps the Grade II listed Olympia Grand and Olympia National in new theatre, music, hotel, office and retail space. Anchoring the scheme are British Airways ARC, a 3,800 capacity live music venue operated by AEG Presents, and the 1,575 seat British Airways Theatre, the largest permanent new theatre built in London in over fifty years. Two hotels, the 204 room Hyatt Regency London Olympia and the 146 room citizenM London Olympia, sit alongside 550,000 sq ft of workspace at One Olympia, some thirty restaurants and bars, and 2.5 acres of public realm including a rooftop square, the pedestrianised Emberton Walk and an 83 metre digital screen known as Canvas.
